Who I am

This website, brittanyhoversten.com, is the personal portfolio of Brittany Hoversten, based in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. You can reach me any time at hello@brittanyhoversten.com.

What I collect

I only collect what I need to respond to you and to understand how the site is used:

• Contact form: your name, email, organization and anything you choose to write in your message.
• Analytics: anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, referring sites, device type and approximate location, collected through WordPress.com and Jetpack stats.
• Cookies: small files used by WordPress.com for security, performance and statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How I use it

• To reply to your message and follow up about roles or projects you asked about.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

I never sell your personal information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Third-party services

This site is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic). Contact form messages are processed by Jetpack and may be screened for spam by Akismet. Links to Amazon, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Linktree and Printful lead to services with their own privacy policies.

How long I keep it

I keep messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our conversation, and I delete them on request.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing hello@brittanyhoversten.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws, and I’ll honor them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top of this page.
